Brigade aimed to enhance political discussions and community engagement through its app. The Brigade app connected users with similar political views, fostering conversations and local events.

To connect more deeply to the users of the platform we conducted 50 qualitative interviews with regular users, gathering insights from shorter, in-person, Zoom, and app-based user testing sessions. The Brigade personas (shown below) provided a deeper look and better understanding of the users on the platform.
